Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using any AI Software Labs service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software products, websites, APIs, and services (collectively, "Services") provided by AI Software Labs LLC ("AI Software Labs," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to LeadLedger, ArrivedHQ, Social Citations, Auto Blogger Pro, RankRadius, and 1HourBacklinks.
By registering for, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
AI Software Labs provides the following categories of software services:
Services are provided on a subscription, per-use, or pay-per-lead basis as specified in your account agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Our SMS and voice infrastructure (powered by Plivo) is provided exclusively for transactional, operational, and service-delivery communications. You agree to use it only for:

All SMS communications must honor opt-out requests. Recipients who reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT must be immediately removed from any further messaging from that number. We may automatically enforce opt-out requests at the platform level. Failure to honor opt-out requests is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all use of our telephony features complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable state telemarketing laws. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents required for any call or message placed through our platform. AI Software Labs assumes no liability for TCPA violations arising from your use of our Services.
The Services, including all software, algorithms, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and content created by AI Software Labs, are owned by AI Software Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of all content, business data, and materials you submit to or through our Services ("Customer Content"). By submitting Customer Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your Customer Content as necessary to provide the Services.
Content generated through our AI-assisted tools (including Auto Blogger Pro) is provided as a writing aid. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of any AI-generated content before publication. AI Software Labs makes no warranty regarding the originality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
Subscription fees, per-lead charges, and other fees applicable to your chosen Services are specified in your account agreement or our pricing pages. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-payment. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a separate agreement or as required by law.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI SOFTWARE LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) any results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable; (c) any errors in the software will be corrected.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI SOFTWARE LABS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Software Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; (d) any content you submit to the Services; or (e) your use of our telephony features in violation of TCPA or other applicable law.
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. We may immediately suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 of these Terms survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email notification to active account holders. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AI Software Labs LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or other irreparable harm.
