This Privacy Policy describes how AI Software Labs LLC ("AI Software Labs," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our software products and services, including LeadLedger, ArrivedHQ, Social Citations, Auto Blogger Pro, RankRadius, and 1HourBacklinks (collectively, the "Services"). This policy also covers our use of third-party voice and SMS communications infrastructure.

4. SMS and Voice Communications

AI Software Labs operates SMS and voice communications infrastructure through Plivo, Inc. and Meta WhatsApp Business API. Our use of SMS, WhatsApp, and voice is strictly transactional and business-operational in nature:

All SMS and voice communications are sent in a transactional or service-fulfillment context. For customer-facing messages, consent is implicit through the customer's act of requesting field service (by calling in a service request or providing their number to the service company). Opt-out instructions are included in all customer-facing SMS messages per TCPA guidelines. Recipients may reply STOP to cease messages at any time.

4d. Phone Number Usage

AI Software Labs uses Plivo-provisioned phone numbers exclusively for the transactional dispatch, notification, and customer communication use cases described above. Phone numbers are not used for cold outreach, telemarketing, robocalling for marketing purposes, or any activity that would constitute spam under applicable law including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, or CTIA guidelines.

5. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

5a. Plivo, Inc. (Voice and SMS)

We use Plivo's Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) to provision phone numbers, route inbound voice calls, and transmit SMS messages. Call and message metadata (phone numbers, timestamps, message content for routing purposes) passes through Plivo's infrastructure. 5b. Resend (Transactional Email)

We use Resend to deliver transactional emails including invoice notifications, account confirmations, and password resets. Email addresses are transmitted to Resend for delivery purposes only.

5c. Expo (Push Notifications)

The ArrivedHQ mobile app uses Expo's push notification service to deliver job alerts to field technicians. Push notification tokens are stored on Expo's infrastructure in accordance with their privacy policy at https://expo.dev/privacy.

5d. Google Maps Platform

Our field service dispatch and tracking features use the Google Maps Platform API to render technician location maps for customers and dispatchers. Location data transmitted to Google Maps is subject to Google's privacy policy.

5e. OpenAI / AI Model Providers

Some of our content automation services (Auto Blogger Pro) use large language model APIs to generate content. Content generation requests may include user-provided topic keywords and instructions. We do not transmit personally identifiable information of end-users to AI model providers.

5f. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer personal data to any third parties for commercial purposes. Data shared with service providers listed above is solely for the purpose of delivering our Services.

5g. Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business API)

We use Meta's WhatsApp Business API to deliver job dispatch notifications to field technicians. Message routing metadata (phone numbers, timestamps, message content) passes through Meta's infrastructure. Meta's privacy policy is available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
